Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dealorum application and website (collectively, the "App") provided by Dealorum ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Available Plans

Dealorum offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan — $0/month. Limited features including up to 25 contacts and 5 active deals.
• Pro Plan — $19.00/month. Annual billing: $190.00/year (billed as one payment). Includes 50 AI posts/month, 15 AI images/month, 10 document scans, unlimited deals, and all Pro features.
• Max Plan — $39.00/month. Annual billing: $390.00/year (billed as one payment). Includes 150 AI posts/month, 45 AI images/month, 30 document scans, all Pro features, and priority support.

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are managed and billed by Apple, not Dealorum.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Subscriptions automatically renew. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and price. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel

• iOS (App Store): Open the Settings app → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dealorum → Cancel Subscription. You may also manage subscriptions directly in the App under Settings.
• Web (Stripe): Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription in the Dealorum app, or contact support@dealorum.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using Dealorum, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Dealorum systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Share, sublicense, or resell access to the App
• Use the App to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful content
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the App or its underlying systems

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Dealorum and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal business purposes while your subscription is active. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content such as social media posts, images, and property descriptions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Do not include confidential client information (SSNs, financial account numbers) in AI prompts.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. DEALORUM IS NOT A LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER, ATTORNEY, OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR. NOTHING IN THE APP CONSTITUTES LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE ADVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALORUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@dealorum.com or through the Settings page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, or, where applicable, through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
